• Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
   
• We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
   
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
   
• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.
   
• No-shows may be charged a fee or required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
   

• All prices listed on our website or in-store are subject to change without prior notice.
   
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payments.
   
• Tips are appreciated but never required.
   

• We aim to ensure every client leaves satisfied.
   
• If you’re not completely happy with your service, please notify us before leaving or within 48 hours of your visit.
   
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may not be available for completed services.
   

• For the safety of our staff and clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell.
   
• Our barbers maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards as required by Texas state regulations.
   
• The PARLOR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
   

• Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.
