After founding Alamo Collision Center in 2012 and building it into one of San Antonio’s most trusted automotive businesses, Victor expanded his entrepreneurial footprint in 2025 with a bold new venture — The Parlor at Castle Hills.

Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Ruben Ruiz has always been driven by ambition, creativity, and a passion for building things that last. A proud graduate of John Jay High School, Ruben found early on that his true calling was entrepreneurship — not just owning businesses, but creating brands that stand for quality, trust, and innovation.

In 2012, Ruben co-founded Alamo Collision Center (ACC) with the goal of setting a higher standard for service and integrity in the automotive repair industry. Through his leadership, discipline, and ability to turn challenges into opportunities, ACC became one of San Antonio’s most respected names in collision repair — a brand built on precision, transparency, and genuine care for customers.

But Ruben’s entrepreneurial spirit didn’t stop there. In 2025, he and long-time business partner Victor Mesquiti launched The Parlor at Castle Hills, a premier men’s grooming destination designed to redefine the modern barbershop experience. The Parlor blends timeless craftsmanship with contemporary style — a reflection of Ruben’s belief that success begins with presentation, confidence, and attention to detail.
